Arabian Ranches is an elite community in Dubai, built up with luxury villas and townhouses. The district is designed in an elegant al-Andalusian style with beautiful decor and oriental motifs. Locals call Arabian Ranches “paradise in the desert”.
The district is located in the heart of the emirate, near the intersection of Al-Qudra and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed. The community is located in the western part of the city, at a distance of about 25 km from the center of Dubai. The area is almost 6.7 sq. km. Arabian Ranches borders Motor City and Dubai Lifestyle City districts.
Developer Emaar Properties began building up Arabian Ranches in 2004. The district is conditionally divided into three parts: Arabian Ranches 1, 2, and 3. More than 4,000 villas, shopping malls, sports facilities, and several parks have been built on the territory.

A distinctive feature of this enclave is that the villas are adjacent to the townhouses, and do not stand alone. Mirador is a closed—type sub-community of 408 mansions with 4-7 bedrooms. The two-story houses are decorated in Spanish style. Some villas have their own pools.
The most famous hotel and the main attraction of the district are the Arabian Ranches Hotel and Golf Club Dubai. The hotel offers luxurious 5-star accommodations around the championship course. The hotel is mainly aimed at golfers who come to the championships and wealthy businessmen. Recreation areas, barbecue areas, restaurants, gyms, and SPA salons are available to guests.

For medical help, residents can contact the Mediclinic Arabian Ranches clinic. The medical center provides a wide range of services, including laboratory tests, and X-rays. Patients can consult a surgeon, obstetrician, gynecologist, orthopedist, dermatologist and other specialists. There is also a pharmacy here.
Aster Medical Center and Clinic also offer its medical services to the residents of the community. This center specializes in pediatrics, therapy, and dentistry.
Mediclinic Park View Hospital can also be reached in 15 minutes by car. The hospital opened relatively recently and is located on Umm Suqueim Road.
In the area, it is easy to use the services of a veterinarian. You can ask for help at The City Vet Clinic — Polo Branch.
The most convenient way to get around the Arabian Ranches district is by private car or by taxi. Although there are quite a lot of public transport stops on the territory of the community and there are several bus routes. The J02 bus runs through the area. You can use it to get to the red line of the metro — Mall of the Emirates station. Stops — JESS School, Terranova Gate, Saheel Gate 3, Mirador La Coleccion 2.
There is no metro in the community itself. The nearest station is the Mall of the Emirates. As mentioned above, it can be reached by bus. It takes less than 10 minutes by car to get to the metro.
The Arabian Ranches district is located close to the main thoroughfares of the city. Al Qudra Highway and Sheikh Zayed Road provide quick and easy access to any part of the emirate. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Dubai International Airport. Approximately the same amount is needed to get to the districts of Dubai Media City, Business Bay, Downtown, and Dubai Marina.

In half an hour you can also drive to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and DIFC, where many residents of Arabian Ranches work.
