The Dubai Hills Estate area can be divided into three parts. There are plans to build several malls opposite Al Khail Road, and medium-rise residential complexes along the long embankment. The area around the golf course is occupied by the Parkways and Fairways blocks: there is a low density of development. The third part is more densely populated.
