    Mohammed Bin Rashid City has a small population density, while 65% of its territories are reserved for green zones. Thanks to this, the area stands out due to its picturesque nature. There is an artificial lagoon of 7 km, an embankment with a length of 14 km, more than 8 km of running and cycling paths, and spacious parks.

    The general plan of the district includes such a large-scale project as a multifunctional shopping mall The Mall of the World which will be almost 4.5 km2. MBR City already has a very well-developed infrastructure.
