Design Quarter

In 2027, a new residential complex called Design Quarter is planned to be introduced for operation in the luxurious avant-garde Dubai Design District. It will fully match the atmosphere of this place, which is positioned as a creative location, which should become the embodiment of design and style in the Middle East. In the D3 (Dubai Design District) area, leading galleries and showrooms have already started operating, fashion weeks and art activities are being held, and student education has also begun at the Institute of Design and Innovation. This has been reflected in original architectural and stylistic solutions – the area is already attracting tourists and creative personalities from all over the world. Therefore, the Design Quarter residential complex simply cannot but differ in the perfection of style and content: this can already be estimated from the project documentation.

Design and layout of the Design Quarter complex

The promising project, which is currently in the active construction phase, was created with the participation of renowned art masters such as Tom Brotherton, Sebastian Curry, and Miguel Angel Camproubi. The names of these designers are already a brand, which emphasizes the aesthetic value of the project. It will embody the first residences in the district. The housing complex will feature three towers with apartments of different sizes – from one to three-bedroom, as well as penthouses and duplexes. The area can vary from 74 sq.m. up to 307 sq.m., at the same time each object has a balcony and a utility room. A spacious terrace has been designed for duplexes, which opens up a magnificent view of the metropolis. In separate apartments, there will be a room and a bathroom for a maid.
