The new community Dubai Creek Harbour is a luxurious mixed-use development that includes residential buildings, entertainment, and commercial facilities. The area is being developed by Emaar Properties in collaboration with Dubai Holding. Dubai Creek Harbour is located near the historic Dubai Creek. The neighboring communities include Dubai Festival City, Nadd Al Hamar, and Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2. It takes just 10 minutes to drive to Downtown Dubai and Business Bay.

The development of the area began in 2006. Currently, the community is actively growing and is being filled with new, impressive projects. Dubai Creek Harbour is set to become the third-largest community in the UAE, covering an area of more than 7 km².

The community includes several sub-communities: Dubai Square, Icon Bay, The Island District, and Creek Beach. The youngest community is considered to be Grand.
