Cavalli Couture

Cavalli Couture is a 12-story residential building; it is being built by well-known Damac Properties developer in collaboration with the Italian fashion house Cavalli. The building is located on one of the sections of the picturesque Dubai Water Canal. The complex is planned to be put into operation in 2027.

The project will recreate the Amazon rainforest and draw the eye with a cascading waterfall at the facade. The complex will be decorated with design elements from Cavalli, in the form of jungle and animal prints.
In Cavalli Couture you can buy exclusive 3-4-room apartments, a 5-room duplex or a luxurious 6-bedroom penthouse. The area of residences is 394–812 m². The corner apartments will have a chic 270-degree view of the Dubai Water Canal, the Burj Khalifa skyscraper, Safa Park. Other facilities will also have a 180-degree view of the city.
