Lakeshore at The Sanctuary

Sanctuary by Ellington Properties is a prestigious residential community located in District 11 within the sought-after MBR City (Mohammed Bin Rashid City) area of Dubai. This community is known for its high level of luxury and style, and it features an abundance of lush greenery. The first phase of this project, known as ‘The Waterside,’ offers 17 modern villas, each of which has direct access to a crystal-clear lagoon.

The project offers four types of residential options: The Retreat, The Hideaway, The Escape, and The Oasis. Buyers can choose from 4 to 6-bedroom villas, with total sizes ranging from 729 square meters to 1,357 square meters. The plot sizes for each property range from 532 square meters to 1,336 square meters. Ellington Properties allows buyers to select their preferred interior designs.

The 4- and 5-bedroom villas are spread across three floors, while the 6-bedroom residences have four floors. Some of the floor plans include a multi-purpose room that can be used as an additional bedroom, a study, a fitness studio, and more.

The second phase, known as ‘The Lakeshore,’ was announced in the late summer of 2023. It features 4- and 5-bedroom villas with amenities such as patios, private gardens, swimming pools, and elevators. Two types of residences are recommended: The Cascade Villas and The Garden Villas.
