Damac Lagoons is a relatively new project from the developer DAMAC Properties. The area is located at the intersection of Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street. The gated community is adjacent to the DAMAC Hills area. The community occupies a large area: 4.18 square kilometers. The construction of the area began at the end of 2021, and it is planned to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2024. The real estate objects belong to the premium segment. Here you will find luxurious villas and spacious comfortable townhouses. The key feature of the DAMAC Lagoons area is its lagoons, swimming pools and artificially created sandy beaches. The atmosphere of resort life reigns here thanks to numerous amenities for entertainment and relaxation.

Famous buildings in the area

The DAMAC Lagoons community will be divided into several themed clusters, surrounded by leisure areas and artificial beaches. Each cluster is designed in the style of popular Mediterranean coastal cities.

  • Santorini: This cluster will feature premium residences in Santorini's style, with nearby beaches, a floating cinema, and relaxation and socialization areas.

This guarantees a convenient interchange for future residents of the Damac Lagoons community: it will be possible to easily and quickly get to the key highways of the emirate - Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Since the construction of houses in the community has not yet been completed, there are no public transport routes here yet. There is also no metro running through the territory of the community. The most convenient way here is to use a personal car. Public transport should be established upon completion of construction work. Shopping Mall

A shopping mall will be built on the territory of Damac Lagoons, which will occupy an area of almost 186 thousand square meters. This shopping mall will be even slightly larger in size than the famous Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. Carrefour and Viva Supermarket supermarkets operate near the area, where you can always buy fresh products and household items.

What to look for when choosing a neighborhood as a place to live

The Damac Lagoons community is aimed at families with children, as it will offer unique conditions and amenities for education, active lifestyle, and health. Despite the concept of a family-oriented neighborhood, Damac Lagoons also offers housing options that may suit a wide social audience. Couples and single people of retirement age, as well as young professionals who choose a dynamic lifestyle, can live in townhouses. The community has everything you need for an active or relaxing pastime. If you wish, you can go diving or ride a gondola, or you can walk in the park and relax by the pool. Damac Lagoons is a good choice for buying a luxury private organization for personal purposes or forming a source of passive income. Real estate in the area is built surrounded by picturesque lagoons, lush greenery and beaches with white sand. This attracts those who would like to live here permanently and plan to buy a villa for themselves. But it's also a good perk to attract potential tenants if you plan to buy a property and rent it out.
