Palace Beach Residences
Set on the Emaar Beachfront between Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Beach Residence, Palace Beach Residences is one of the latest Emaar projects. The project offers elegant apartments, luxury townhouses, and penthouses. Every apartment has a sea view on the Palm Jumeirah or Dubai Marina. The complex will be completed in Q4 2025.
As well as all the above, the Residences have a play-zone, where your children can find new friends and have fun. Residents who plan to do sports but don’t have time to go to fitness clubs will appreciate the residents’ health club. There is a yacht club nearby, where you can rent a yacht or go on a tour.
