Zabeel

Zabeel is one of Dubai’s most prestigious and historic districts, serving as the official residence of the ruling Al Maktoum family. Located between the traditional heart of Bur Dubai and the modern skyline of Downtown Dubai, it is a unique community where royal heritage meets futuristic architecture.

The district is divided into two primary sub-communities: Zabeel 1, which is largely residential and home to vast villas, and Zabeel 2, which borders Business Bay and features more commercial and high-density developments.
