Al Masoodi (also spelled Al Masoudi) is a peaceful and well-established residential district located on the north-eastern edge of Al Ain. It is known for its quiet, suburban atmosphere and is a popular choice for families and UAE nationals. The neighborhood primarily features spacious independent villas and low-rise residential units. Its location is highly convenient, being well-connected by Tahnoun Bin Mohammed Al Nahyan Road and Bani Yas Street, allowing for a quick 10–15 minute commute to the city center and the Al Ain Oasis.
