Khalifa Street, officially known as Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed The First Street, is one of Abu Dhabi’s most iconic and historic thoroughfares. Running parallel to the Corniche, it serves as a central spine for the city's "Old Downtown," blending the architectural heritage of the 1970s and 80s with modern high-rise office towers. Historically known as the "Bank Street" due to the high concentration of financial institutions, it remains a bustling commercial and residential hub today.
