Rukan is a contemporary, master-planned residential community located in the Wadi Al Safa 7 district of Dubailand. Developed by Reportage Properties in collaboration with Continental Investment Company, Rukan is designed to offer an affordable yet upscale lifestyle with a heavy emphasis on open space—approximately 70% of the community is dedicated to greenery, parks, and walking trails. The development is split into several phases (Rukan 1, 2, and 3) and includes a mix of townhouses (Rukan Lofts), apartments (Rukan Tower), and residences.
