LUMENA ALTA
يمثل مشروع لومينا ألتا من شركة أمنيات قمة جديدة للتميز التجاري في دبي، إذ يرتفع 380 متراً فوق أفق منطقة الخليج التجاري النابض بالحياة. يتميز هذا البرج المذهل المكون من 47 طابقاً بواجهة حلزونية فريدة تُشكل معلماً معمارياً بارزاً عند مدخل أحد أرقى المناطق التجارية في المدينة.
يوفر المشروع 91 وحدة مكتبية فاخرة من الدرجة الأولى، مُجهزة بتصميم هيكلي متكامل، مما يتيح مرونة كاملة للتخصيص. تبدأ مساحات المكاتب القياسية من حوالي 4,966 قدماً مربعاً، بينما يبلغ متوسط مساحة المكاتب التي تشغل نصف طابق 8,450 قدماً مربعاً، وتصل مساحة المكاتب التي تشغل طابقاً كاملاً إلى 16,937 قدماً مربعاً.
إلى جانب مساحات المكاتب الاستثنائية، يعمل لومينا ألتا كمدينة عمودية متكاملة الخدمات. يضم البرج مركزاً تجارياً متكاملاً مزوداً بغرف اجتماعات خاصة، ومساحات عمل مشتركة، وقاعات مؤتمرات. يضمن مركز اللياقة البدنية المتطور، وحوض السباحة بطول 25 مترًا، ومرافق الاستجمام الشاملة التي تضم علاجات السبا والعلاج المائي، تحقيق التوازن الأمثل بين العمل والحياة. أما جوهرة التاج فهي فندق سكاي ذو الخمس نجوم، والذي يضم أعلى مسبح لا متناهي في الإمارات العربية المتحدة على ارتفاع 335 مترًا، بالإضافة إلى مطعم بانورامي بزاوية 360 درجة ومرافق سبا فاخرة.

The area with the self-explanatory name, Business Bay is the business and commercial center of Dubai. Its concept was created as an equivalent of Manhattan in New York and Ginza in Tokyo. Development of the area began in 2003 and by 2017, the world-famous publishing house; Lonely Planet, who publishes global travel guides, included Business Bay in the top-five most interesting places to visit.
Business Bay hosts a number of mixed-use, high-rise developments from office buildings, banks and retail areas, residential real estate, luxury hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues. The total area of Business Bay is 79,975,854 sq. ft. After the full completion of construction works, there will be 240 skyscrapers that will house residential and commercial units. The main waterway of the Emirate, the artificial Dubai Water Canal, runs along the central part of the entire area. There are dozens of restaurants, as well as cultural and entertainment facilities along the waterfront, including the famous aqua theatre, La Perle.
