يمثل مشروع هينج ريزيدنسز مزيجًا ثوريًا بين الفن الإيطالي والرقي المعاصر لأبوظبي في جزيرة السعديات المرموقة. يجمع هذا المشروع الاستثنائي بين دار التصميم الإيطالية الشهيرة هينج وشركة نورد لايف ستايل للتطوير العقاري لإنشاء مساكن تحمل علامتها التجارية، حيث يحكي كل عنصر فيها قصة حرفية وعاطفة وأناقة خالدة.
يقدم المشروع استوديوهات مصممة بعناية، وشققًا صغيرة بغرفة نوم واحدة، ومساكن تتراوح مساحتها من غرفة نوم واحدة إلى ثلاث غرف نوم، بما في ذلك تصميمات دوبلكس أنيقة. تبدأ مساحة الاستوديوهات من حوالي 376 قدمًا مربعًا، بينما تبدأ مساحة الشقق الفسيحة بغرفة نوم واحدة من 538 قدمًا مربعًا، وتوفر الشقق المكونة من غرفتي نوم حوالي 1076 قدمًا مربعًا، أما الوحدات الفسيحة المكونة من ثلاث غرف نوم فتوفر حوالي 1614 قدمًا مربعًا من مساحة المعيشة الراقية.

Saadiyat Island is a resort island with plenty of cultural attractions and premium residential complexes. The district has an area of over 10 sq. mi and at the moment is undergoing a transformation into a world class residential, cultural, business and leisure hub.
Upon completion, the neighbourhood is expected to become the cultural center of the UAE capital, mostly for the Island’s Cultural District. The community is being developed by the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority-held Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) and there will be eight museums on the island.
The district has an advantageous location, in which residents will enjoy close proximity to the main entertainment hub of Abu Dhabi; Yas Island, which can be reached within about a 20-minute drive. The exclusive area is perfectly suited to those who enjoy museums and art fairs, and the island is oriented towards couples and families with children.
