At the call, we have a vacancy for an approved Head of Sales Department (OFF Plan)
Mandatory experience of at least 3 years in a managerial position in sales / real estate agency;
Knowledge of English and Russian languages (B2-C2);
High level of managerial competencies;
Negotiation skills of different levels of complexity;
Experience in attracting corporate clients;
Experienced PC user (Microsoft Office, CRM);
Leadership qualities, conditionality on result, ability to unite a task for obtaining a common result, broad outlook, strategic thinking, sociability, high level of personal suitability.
Management of sales in the primary and secondary housing market;
Organization of workflow in the department;
Setting up and monitoring the implementation of an individual sales plan;
Quality control of the work of KPI managers;
Increasing the conversion of the sales funnel;
Help and support of managers for all attractions;
Development and implementation of measures to ensure security, increase sales and attract customers;
Analysis of the market and competitive environment;
Development of a strategy to attract corporate clients;
Sales analytics, long-term/short-term planning.
