Jumeirah Living Business Bay
Jumeirah Living Business Bay is a symphony of waterfront elegance and branded hospitality in one of Dubai’s most dynamic neighbourhoods. Rising 35 storeys high along the shimmering Dubai Canal, this tower offers 82 residences—from beautifully crafted 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments to opulent 4 & 5-bedroom penthouses and a rare full-floor master penthouse on the 35th level. Whether you’re watching sunrise over the Canal or the skyline of Downtown, each home is designed to frame the view with expansive glazing, generous balconies, and terraces that feel like private observatories.
Living here means enjoying hotel-level service every day: concierge and valet, housekeeping, spa-like amenities, infinity and lap pools, a massage circuit pool, sauna & steam rooms, a cinema, and yoga decks. The interiors blend nautical elegance with modern luxury—marine-inspired touches, premium finishes, and thoughtful design by Killa Design. Positioned in the heart of Peninsula, just moments from Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, and major road arteries, the development offers both the serenity of canal waterfront living. Jumeirah Living Business Bay is for those who want to live prestigious, live inspired, and live surrounded by both water and skyline.

About Location
The area with the self-explanatory name, Business Bay is the business and commercial center of Dubai. Its concept was created as an equivalent of Manhattan in New York and Ginza in Tokyo. Development of the area began in 2003 and by 2017, the world-famous publishing house; Lonely Planet, who publishes global travel guides, included Business Bay in the top-five most interesting places to visit.
Business Bay hosts a number of mixed-use, high-rise developments from office buildings, banks and retail areas, residential real estate, luxury hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues. The total area of Business Bay is 79,975,854 sq. ft. After the full completion of construction works, there will be 240 skyscrapers that will house residential and commercial units. The main waterway of the Emirate, the artificial Dubai Water Canal, runs along the central part of the entire area. There are dozens of restaurants, as well as cultural and entertainment facilities along the waterfront, including the famous aqua theatre, La Perle.
