Bugatti Residences
Bugatti Residences by Binghatti stands as a striking landmark in the heart of Business Bay, a masterful collaboration that merges signature automotive heritage with architectural innovation. Its design captures fluid elegance — curved façades, sweeping lines, floor-to-ceiling glazing — evoking the spirit of the French Riviera. Every residence, whether a Riviera Mansion or a Sky Mansion Penthouse, is crafted for openness, light, and panoramic vistas of the Dubai skyline, Water Canal, and beyond. Interiors are defined by polished finishes, high ceilings, spacious layouts, and meticulous attention to detail, creating homes that feel both expansive and intimate.
The lifestyle at Bugatti Residences is built around wellness, exclusivity, and comfort. Residents enjoy private terraces, sky pools, rooftop leisure spaces, a fitness and spa suite, concierge and valet services, and bespoke interiors infused with Bugatti design DNA. With its prominent Business Bay address, residents are close to cultural, retail, and dining hubs, yet enjoy tranquil views and elevated privacy. Slated for completion in late 2025, this development redefines luxury urban living in Dubai — not just as a home, but as a statement of art, speed, and style.

About Location
The area with the self-explanatory name, Business Bay is the business and commercial center of Dubai. Its concept was created as an equivalent of Manhattan in New York and Ginza in Tokyo. Development of the area began in 2003 and by 2017, the world-famous publishing house; Lonely Planet, who publishes global travel guides, included Business Bay in the top-five most interesting places to visit.
Business Bay hosts a number of mixed-use, high-rise developments from office buildings, banks and retail areas, residential real estate, luxury hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues. The total area of Business Bay is 79,975,854 sq. ft. After the full completion of construction works, there will be 240 skyscrapers that will house residential and commercial units. The main waterway of the Emirate, the artificial Dubai Water Canal, runs along the central part of the entire area. There are dozens of restaurants, as well as cultural and entertainment facilities along the waterfront, including the famous aqua theatre, La Perle.
