The Opus
The Opus stands as an architectural masterpiece in Business Bay, one of Dubai's most dynamic business districts. This 22-story mixed-use development represents a collaboration between Omniyat Properties and legendary architect Zaha Hadid, the first woman to receive the prestigious Pritzker Architecture Prize.
The building's revolutionary design features two interconnected towers forming a singular cube with a dramatic free-form void carved through its center. By day, the pixelated reflective facade creates a striking visual presence, while at night, the illuminated void appears to float above ground level.
The Opus offers an exclusive collection of serviced residences including one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with two and three-bedroom penthouses and duplexes. Located on the upper floors, these fully furnished residences provide breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and the iconic Burj Khalifa.
The development includes the region's first ME by Melia hotel, a Michelin-star restaurant, a bespoke wellness center, and retail spaces. Residents enjoy five-star hotel services while maintaining complete privacy through separate residential and hotel entrances.
