Mama Residences

Mama Residences complex is located in Business Bay. The Mama Shelter-branded building is being built by Kappa Acca Real Estate Development and designed by Franklin Azzi Architecture in Paris. The experts plan to use steel, glass and concrete for creating a unique architecture of the house. From the windows of the residential complex will open a view of the skyscraper Burj Khalifa.

According to the project, the Mama Residences residential complex will be impressive not only from the outside, but also from the inside. Colorful walls, mosaic steps, unusual hanging decorations – all this can be seen in the complex. French designer Thierry Gauguin is responsible for the interiors. The new building offers exclusive furnished studios and apartments with 1-2 bedrooms with an area of 43-84 m² for sale. There will also be an ultra-luxury penthouse of over 1000 m² with 4 bedrooms.
