Baccarat Hotel & Residences represents an unprecedented fusion of legendary French craftsmanship and Dubai's architectural excellence in the heart of Downtown Dubai. Developed by Shamal Holding in collaboration with H&H Development and SH Hotels & Resorts, this landmark project marks the first Baccarat-branded mixed-use development in the UAE, bringing 250 years of crystal-making heritage to one of the world's most prestigious addresses.
The development comprises two distinctive crystal-shaped towers with shimmering glass facades that echo the iconic geometry of Baccarat crystal. Designed by renowned firms Studio Libeskind and Studio 1508 London, the architecture creates a striking presence on the Dubai skyline while paying homage to the French maison's artisanal legacy.
Tower 1 houses an exclusive collection of 49 private residences alongside a 144-room luxury hotel. The residential offerings include sophisticated apartments with 2 to 4 bedrooms spanning 2142 to 13089 square feet, complemented by exceptional penthouses in 4 to 5-bedroom configurations occupying the uppermost floors. Each residence features expansive terraces and commands breathtaking views of Burj Khalifa and the dynamic cityscape.
