Farm Gardens is the fifth phase of development within The Valley community in Dubailand, introduced by the developer Emaar Properties in late 2022. This section of the complex features 146 villas with four or five bedrooms, ranging in size from 460 to 525 square meters. The land plot sizes range from 828 to 929 square meters, and each buyer is given the opportunity to choose a suitable plot.
Premium landscaped plots, resembling the desert, will be surrounded by dense palm and ghaf trees. Open spaces will be filled with areas for relaxation, socializing, and bonfires. The beginning of 2024 brought news of the launch of Farm Gardens 2. It will also feature four and five-bedroom villas and two types of residences to choose from: Horizon and Oren. The area of the offered real estate units ranges from 594 to 750 square meters, and the land plots range from 780 to 971 square meters.
