Grand Bleu Tower

Grand Bleu Tower is a residential complex located in the coastal part of Dubai Harbour in the Emaar Beachfront district, next to 27 other skyscrapers. The project was developed by Emaar Properties together with Lebanese designer Elie Saab. New buildings stand out due to an interesting design made in the Miami style of the 30s of the last century. The exterior of the buildings combines glamour, vintage Art Deco architecture and bright colors.

The complex will build two towers with a height of 28 and 45 floors, connected by an 8-story podium. In the Grand Bleu Tower, it will be possible to buy apartments with 1-3 bedrooms with an area of 73 sq.m. and penthouses with 4 bedrooms with an area of 251 sq.m. Each object has a private balcony and panoramic windows with views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai Marina.
