The luxurious Sea Mirror villas are the result of the intricate and high-quality work carried out by the Lamar Development team. The residential complex is located in a unique location, the Jumeirah Bay Island complex. The properties are strategically located in close proximity to the coastal area, where 18 residences are accommodated. Experienced designers and architects paid special attention to the interior, using a successful symbiosis of several styles at once, namely Barefoot Luxury together with the tropics. As a result, Studio MK27 and Jacobsen Arquitetura were responsible for the architectural concept, and Studio Urquiola developed the interior design of all rooms. The presented residential complex is the first in Dubai, which is being created by the listed studios and companies.

The designers have opted for minimalist touches, selecting appropriate windows and sculptural panels of a perforated type. The windows offer an incredible landscape, allowing you to enjoy the Cote d’Azur. During the interior design process, natural and environmentally-friendly materials were used to furnish the living spaces. Materials such as travertine, wood, leather, and green marble were incorporated. As for the color scheme, the interior is dominated by blue, and sandy shades. In addition, branded custom-made furniture pieces are offered as part of the design, providing a unique and exclusive touch to the residences.

All the apartments offer their owners the following amenities:

  • outdoor terraces, and luxurious gardens around buildings;
  • wine cellar for true connoisseurs of grape drink;
  • relaxation area with swimming pool and SPA;
  • cinema;
  • lounge area for smoking;
