Luxurious residences of Serenity Mansions represent a unique collection of villas by the developer Majid Al Futtaim in the Tilal Al Ghaf area. Each villa boasts 6 or 7 bedrooms, along with all the necessary amenities for maximum comfort. The project features mansions such as Ara, Luna, and Ayla, ranging in size from 1,087 to 1,182 square meters. The interior design was handled by a team of top experts from SAOTA, Nabyl Gholam, Blink, and desert INK.
Each Serenity Mansions residence spans three floors, along with an additional sky suite or penthouse. The developer offers various layout options, each of which enables comfortable living. In Luna villas, you can choose between two interior options: Gaia and Atlas, while in Ayla and Ara, there are options like the Artist’s House and Writer’s House. Each residence is equipped with an elevator, a staff room, a swimming pool, and an open kitchen. There are also spaces that can be tailored to specific requests. For example, in a Luna-type villa, you can create a spa, library, or private cinema on the lower level. Guest apartments in Ara and Ayla can be used as offices.
The developer has announced the start of construction for a separate Waterfront Collection series. This will include villas like FAY and KAI, ranging in size from 1,234 to 1,472 square meters. KAI villas offer two exterior options: Earth and Ash, while FAY villas offer Earth and Wave. The designers drew inspiration from the minimalist lines of the Museum of Modern Art and the Uffizi Gallery for the interior design.
