XXII Carat

XXII Carat is an elite complex on the Palm Jumeirah island; it includes 22 luxurious villas. The project was developed by Forum Group and successfully implemented in 2017. The territory of the exclusive residential complex is guarded around the clock. The gated community includes a private beach for property owners. The residential complex XXII Carat has its own infrastructure: a large pedestrian area, alleys, underground parking.

Each villa in the complex has a luxurious interior. The bathrooms were designed by the Italian company Devon & Devon, which used expensive materials. The French company La Cuisine Française was responsible for the interior of the kitchens. Depending on the type of villa, the mansion may have a private pool, an open or covered terrace, a garden, a panoramic view.
