The company owns the largest land bank in the emirate – over 230 million m². The total housing stock – 30,000 units.In 2005, Dubai Properties became part of Dubai Holding. Recently, in 2020, Meraas, one of the leading development companies in Dubai, also became its subsidiary.In 2017, Dubai Holding’s Jumeirah Central project, an urban mixed-use city district in the heart of Dubai, won the coveted Retail & Leisure International’s (RLI) Future Project 2017 Award.
