Town Square Dubai

Town Square is one of Nshama Group’s latest projects in Dubai. This neighbourhood is still under construction and is expected to be completed by 2024. It forms a self-contained community with a variety of amenities including entertainment facilities, shops and parks. Town Square is located in the Dubailand area along the Al Qudra motorway as a standalone residential community.

Construction began in early 2015 and by September 2020, most of the development was completed with the exception of the UNA Apartments apartment complex. The remaining projects are in the final stages of completion.

Town Square features 8 apartment complexes including Jenna, UNA, Hayat Boulevard, Rawda, Safi, Warda, Zahra and Zahra Breeze. There are a variety of housing types ranging from small studio flats to luxurious five-bedroom flats. Once completed, Town Square will have a total of 17,000 residential units. By 2025, around 85,000 people are expected to live here permanently.

In terms of private homes, the neighbourhood will have 3,000 townhouses and villas. They are divided into six sub-communities: Hayat, Naseem, Noor, Sama, Safi and Zahra. These homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms and are designed in a contemporary style with lots of light and space. They are ideal for family living.

The variety and availability of properties makes Town Square one of the most popular neighbourhoods in the area.
