Baccarat Hotel & Residences is one of the unique properties in the crowded Downtown Dubai districts. The residential complex has an ideal location, as it is located near the famous Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa skyscraper. The submitted project is considered relatively new since construction began only at the beginning of 2023. The main investor is Shamal Holding, which is working in collaboration with developers H&H Development and SH Hotels & Resorts. As for the exclusive design, a team of professionals from the Studio Libeskind agency and Studio 1508 London worked on its creation.
Structurally, the residential complex consists of two skyscrapers housing a total of 49 individual residences and 144 accommodation units. The main highlight is the unique crystal-shaped design of the building, with a glass facade that resembles the shimmer of real minerals. The construction company was inspired by the Baccarat brand, which has a history of about 250 years.
In Tower 1, from the 19th to the 37th floor, there are apartments with 2-4 rooms. On floors 39 to 43, there are four penthouses designed with 4-5 rooms (including one duplex penthouse). The impressive area ranges from 199 sq.m. to 1,216 sq.m. The panoramic windows offer an incredible view of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper and a specific part of the city. The owners of the penthouses, however, have the opportunity to enjoy a panoramic overview of the entire city. Additionally, each residence has a terrace that can be customized according to individual preferences and desires.
