The residential complex Bugatti Residences is a novelty, which was presented by the French company Bugatti. The main developer is Binghatti Properties. There are plans to build two towers with a height of 52 floors, which will be located in the business center of Dubai – Business Bay.
As for the concept, the architecture applied the skill of designers along with the experience of the Bugatti brand. The distinct lines outside the gated community bear a resemblance to the beachfront area of the French Riviera and the dunes of Dubai.

Owners have access to different styles, including the Riviera Mansion Collection, which comprises 171 penthouses. Each penthouse is named after famous locations such as Cannes, St. Tropez, or Monaco. There is also the Sky Mansion Penthouse Collection, featuring 11 residences occupying an entire floor. In addition, each floor consists of seven full-fledged apartments. An important advantage is that there will be exclusive Bugatti furniture inside, which corresponds to the original style of the popular brand.
Regardless of the chosen penthouse, the owner will enjoy unforgettable landscapes. On one side of the building, there is the Dubai Water Canal, with its pedestrian pathways, while on the other side, there is the vast Burj Khalifa-Downtown area, renowned among tourists. Each apartment has a separate dressing room, laundry room, maid’s room, and Jacuzzi.
Owners of apartments with 2-4 rooms will have the option to obtain their own parking spaces in varying quantities, such as 3, 5, or 7. Residents of the Sky Mansion penthouses are provided with 10 parking spaces for various vehicles. Additionally, there is an option to utilize multiple car lifts that ascend from the garage to the upper floors. Furthermore, residents of the highest penthouses have access to 20 parking spaces in a secured parking area.
