Al Yahar

Al Yahar is a well-established and popular residential district located on the outskirts of Al Ain, along the main Abu Dhabi - Al Ain Road (E22). It is essentially a "satellite town" that offers a peaceful, suburban lifestyle preferred by Emirati families and long-term residents. The area is divided into Al Yahar North and Al Yahar South, known for its cooler climate compared to the city center and its high concentration of traditional local villas.
