Dubai Islands will emerge as a groundbreaking waterfront development by Nakheel, featuring five artificial islands—Central Island, Shore Island, Golf Island, Marina Island, and Elite Island—spanning over 17 sq. km. This project will align with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan, aiming to establish a premier destination for residents, tourists, and investors. Each island will offer sustainable beachfront living, expansive green spaces, and picturesque waterfronts, all conveniently located near central Dubai.
