JVC (Jumeirah Village Circle)

Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) is located north of Dubai Marina at the intersection of Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The developer of the project is Nakheel Properties, a well-known Dubai-based company and owner of Jumeirah Village Circle.

Jumeirah Village Triangle borders the Springs community and is located near Dubai Production City, Dubai Sports City, and Jumeirah Village Circle. There are three golf courses within an equal distance of the development: Jumeirah Golf Estates Clubhouse, Montgomerie Golf Club, and Emirates Golf Club.

The residential part of Jumeirah Village Triangle consists of nine communities and features over 5,000 units. Villas, townhouses, low-rise apartments, and mid-rise apartments are set amidst landscaped promenades and quaint streets. Most of the project has been completed. However, some of the properties are still under construction. The villas and townhouses were designed using four different styles: Mediterranean, Asian, Moorish, and Spanish.

Jumeirah Village Triangle is a gated community with safe and secure residences and community spaces. It is an ideal place for residents with children. The streets are quiet compared to parts of central Dubai, and it is one of the few places where pet-friendly accommodations are available.
