Al Mizhar

Al Mizhar is a large, family-oriented residential community located in the northeastern part of Dubai, near the border with Sharjah. It is divided into two sub-communities: Al Mizhar 1 and Al Mizhar 2. Known for its quiet, suburban feel, it is a preferred location for Emirati families and long-term residents who desire large, independent villas with expansive plots. The area is famous for its proximity to Mushrif Park, one of Dubai's oldest and largest national parks, and it features several popular community malls such as the Arabian Center and Etihad Mall.
