Al Nujoom Islands, now more widely known as Ajmal Makan City – Sharjah Waterfront, is a massive and ambitious master-planned coastal development located in the Al Hamriyah area of Sharjah. Spanning across a series of natural islands interconnected by man-made canals, it is designed to be a "city within a city."

The project emphasizes a luxury waterfront lifestyle, featuring high-tech villas, mid-rise apartments, and a massive marina capable of hosting hundreds of yachts. It is particularly noted for its focus on environmental sustainability, with a design that allows for natural seawater circulation through its canal system every 12 hours. The community aims to provide a mix of residential, commercial, and tourism facilities, including a large shopping mall and a world-class water theme park.
