Downtown Jebel Ali

Downtown Jebel Ali is a massive, mixed-use urban development stretching along a 11-kilometer strip of Sheikh Zayed Road. Positioned as the "Gateway to Dubai," it is strategically located between the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) and Techno Park, and is very close to the Expo City Dubai site. Developed by Limitless, the project is designed to be a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly transit-oriented development (TOD), consisting of four distinct zones. Each zone is planned to have its own plazas, parks, and high-rise buildings, catering to a mix of residential, commercial, and retail needs.
