Dubai Pearl

Dubai Pearl was originally envisioned as a massive, ultra-luxury "city within a city" located at the base of Palm Jumeirah, overlooking Dubai Media City and Knowledge Park. The project became one of the most famous stalled developments in Dubai’s history. Originally designed as four interconnected towers linked by a sky bridge, it was intended to feature branded residences (including Baccarat and Bellagio), world-class hotels, and a massive theater. However, after years of inactivity, the original structure was demolished in 2023 to make way for a complete redevelopment of the prime site.
