Dubai Promenade is a premium waterfront sub-district located within the western end of Dubai Marina, situated between the Marina and the sea (near the Dubai International Marine Club). Developed by Emaar Properties, it is distinct from the general "Marina Walk" promenade, functioning as a high-end residential cluster that offers a more secluded and upscale environment. It is characterized by its wide, paved walkways, lush landscaping, and direct access to both the marina waters and the nearby beach areas of JBR.
