Khalifa City (formerly Khalifa City A) is one of Abu Dhabi’s most popular and established residential districts. Often described as a "city within a city," it is famous for its massive, independent villas and its reputation as a major hub for both Emirati families and expatriates. Strategically located between the city center and the outskirts, it serves as the gateway to the capital for those commuting from Dubai and is home to the global headquarters of Etihad Airways.
