Wadi Alshabak

Wadi Alshabak, now more commonly known as Al Athba, is a burgeoning residential district in Dubai that offers a unique blend of modern villa living and traditional desert serenity. Spanning approximately 10.5 square kilometers in the north-central part of the city, it gained significant attention in 2018 through an initiative by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, which allocated over a thousand plots to Emirati citizens.
