Saadiyat Island

Saadiyat Island is a resort island with plenty of cultural attractions and premium residential complexes. The district has an area of over 10 sq. mi and at the moment is undergoing a transformation into a world class residential, cultural, business and leisure hub.

Upon completion, the neighbourhood is expected to become the cultural center of the UAE capital, mostly for the Island’s Cultural District. The community is being developed by the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority-held Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) and there will be eight museums on the island.

The district has an advantageous location, in which residents will enjoy close proximity to the main entertainment hub of Abu Dhabi; Yas Island, which can be reached within about a 20-minute drive.
